REGULATIONS ON THE PROCESSING

AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Our obligations to our members to ensure confidentiality.

RUSSIAN BEAUTY LLC (hereinafter, Marriage Agency and / or Russian Beauty Agency - abbreviated as “RB”) as an operator of personal data, undertakes to protect and respect your right to confidentiality. In these Regulations on the processing and protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations"), the purposes of collecting your data and their processing by the Marriage Agency are set out. Please read the Regulations carefully to better understand the policies and practices used by the Agency. Your data are held as confidential, and are only subject to disclosure by us under the circumstances set forth in the Regulations and/or as provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation.

By downloading our website on your computer, any mobile device or mobile application, and by transferring your personal data to us in any other way, you are agreeing to the terms herein set out.

The Marriage Agency processes your data in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. We guarantee the conscientious collection of data and the preservation of their confidentiality.

Terms and Definitions

Personal data — information containing the name, date of birth, city of residence, marital status, gender, e-mail, postal address, photographs, other information that participants voluntarily provide for processing by the operator, provided always that the processing of said personal data its is not prohibited by the laws of the Russian Federation.

The subject of personal data is a client who has personal data directly or indirectly concerning themselves only. For the purposes of these Regulations, the client is a person who intends to use the resources of the RB Agency, to receive services provided by the RB Agency in organizing the processes of preparation and holding of events related to target acquaintances of participants.

Operator of personal data — Legal entity: RUSSIAN BEAUTY LLC, OGRN 077847428185, INN 7841362690, KPP 781601001 .

Personal data processing — any action, operation, or a set of actions / operations performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

Automated processing of personal data — processing of personal data by means of computer facilities.

Non-automated processing of personal data — the processing of personal data with the direct participation of a person contained in the personal data information system or extracted from such a system on a tangible medium.

Cross-border transfer of personal data —the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to the authority of a foreign state, to a foreign individual or to a foreign legal entity.

General Provisions

These Regulations were developed in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" and other legal acts of the Russian Federation.

The Regulations determine the procedure and conditions for the processing of personal data by the personal data operator, and establishes the procedure for working with personal data, the rules for protecting personal data, and defines the rights, duties and responsibilities of the personal data operator of the RB Agency.

The objectives of these Regulations are:

• the definition of the procedure for personal data processing;
• ensuring compliance of the of personal data processing in the RB Agency with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data;
• protection of personal data.
• the definition of principles for the personal data processing;
• determination of conditions for the personal data processing, ways to protect personal data;
• definition of the rights of subjects of personal data, rights and obligations when processing any personal data by the RB Agency.

These Regulations have been developed taking into account the requirements of the following normative legal acts:

• The Constitution of the Russian Federation;
• Federal Law No. 149-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection";
• Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data";
• Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 01.11.2012 № 1119 "On the requirements approval for the personal data protection when processing them in personal data information systems";
• Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 15, 2008 No. 687 "On approval of the provision on the specifics of the processing of personal data carried out without the use of automation equipment";
• Order of FSTEC of Russia on February 18, 2013 № 21 "On the approval of the composition and content of organizational and technical measures to ensure the safety of personal data when processing them in personal data information systems".
• other regulatory legal acts.

The effect of these Regulations extends to the personal data processing in the RB Agency, using automation facilities, including information and telecommunications networks, and without the use of such means.

These Regulations come into force from the moment of its approval by the General Director  of RUSSIAN BEAUTY LLC, Ms Noskova A.Yu., and acts indefinitely until it is replaced by a new provision (new edition of the Regulation).

RUSSIAN BEAUTY LLC is constantly reviewing these Regulation and updating them as necessary, in particular regarding:

• when changing processes and technologies for processing personal data of the RB Agency.
• on the results of inspections of the body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects, which may reveal inconsistencies with the requirements of the laws of the Russian Federation on ensuring the security of personal data;
• when changing the requirements of the RF legislation to the procedure for processing and ensuring the security of personal data;
• in case of revealing of essential infringements on results of internal system protection checks of the personal data protection.

When amending this Regulation, the date of the last update will be indicated. The new edition will then be put into effect by a local administrative document of RUSSIAN BEAUTY LLC.  If you continue in any way to interact with the RB Agency, in particular (but not limited to) through the Website or through a personal request to the administration, you are agreeing to the current edition of the Regulations, including consent to the processing of your data in accordance with Section 6 of the Regulations.

Collection and subsequent use of personal data.

List and purposes of processing:

• Your personal data may be requested by us and, at your discretion, submitted in the following cases and purposes:
• with your consent for registration of the Participant`s Questionnaire in accordance with the Rules;
• for consultations and other communications in any form on issues related to the activities and services provided by the RB Agency, our employees or employees of other organizations with which the RB Agency interacts;
• for the implementation of other rights and obligations of the personal data operator as a service provider and personal data subject as a customer of services;
• for the purpose of collecting statistical data, research, analysis of ways to improve results;
• to improve the navigation of the Website and to provide you with the best possible information;
• for obtaining your individual consent, participate in surveys, and studies conducted by the RB Agency or and (or) partners;
• for obtaining your separate written consent for the processing of special categories of personal data, if necessary;
• for other cases at your discretion and discretion of the RB Agency.

The following data can be requested by us and at your discretion:

• Your full name, date and place of birth, gender,
• Your photos;
• family status, family composition, divorce certificates, etc.;
• data of your minor children;
• level of education, data on the place of work;
• address of residence;
• contact details (phone number, e-mail address, postal address);
• data of your main identity document;
• in some cases, we may request the data classified by the legislation of the Russian Federation to special categories of personal data;
• history of your stay in foreign countries;
• other data at your discretion and discretion of the administration of the RB Agency.

We work only with trusted third parties as our partners; we can provide them with our available data. For example, we can provide information about your age, marital status, your hobbies, about work, about education; send copies of documents that confirm your personal data including your photos.

We undertake to act to prevent the opportunity of usage your data for any fraud.

In such cases, we are entitled to disclose the data provided to us to the third parties.

We can disclose your personal data to our employees, other marriage agencies with which the RB Agency, has partnerships that will process them on behalf of the RB Agency only in the purposes stated in these Regulations.

We make every effort to ensure the protection of your personal data when provided outside the RB Agency and its sources in the information and telecommunications space, and guarantee their protection. All third parties processing personal data on behalf of the RB Agency ensure compliance with all applicable norms and standards. Sometimes we are obliged to disclose the information available due to law enforcement and other authorities, in cases where this is required by Russian law.

Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

Hereby, as the Subject of Personal Data, you consent to the RUSSIAN BEAUTY LLC with the location to the address specified in Section 2 of these Regulations for the processing of your personal data, the list of which is specified in Sec. 4.3 of the Regulations, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, dissemination (including transmission, including cross-border data transfer taking into account the current legislation of the Russian Federation), depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data, using m and without the use of automation, for the purposes described in Sec. 4.1 of these

Regulations. You hereby agree that in addition to the RB Agency, the following persons have access to your personal data in full compliance with Section 5 of the Regulations:

• persons supporting the services and services of the RB Agency; in the amount necessary for such support;
• Our employees who directly process the data;
• Other persons whose rights and obligations for access to relevant information are established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

RB Agency guarantees you respect of your following rights:

• the right to receive information about which of your personal data is stored with the RB Agency;
• the right to delete, clarify or correct our personal data stored by us on your written request;
• other rights established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The consent given by you in accordance with these Regulations regarding the processing of your personal data is valid until RB Agency reaches the relevant purpose of processing them or until you have withdrawn this consent to the terms of clause 6.3 of the Regulation.

The consent given by you in accordance with these Regulations regarding the processing of your personal data may be withdrawn at any time. In such case, the RB Agency is obliged to cease processing your personal data, or to ensure the termination of such processing (if the processing of personal data is carried out by another person acting on behalf of RB Agency), and in the case of retention of personal data is no longer required for personal data processing purposes, delete all personal data, or ensure their deletion (if the processing of personal data is carried out by another person acting on behalf of the Agency) in the established term, unless otherwise provided by the contract, to which you are a party, any other agreement between the RB Agency and you, or if the RB Agency cannot carry out personal data processing without your consent on the grounds provided by the laws of the Russian Federation.

You can send to the RB Agency one of the following kinds of the withdrawal of the previously granted consent of your personal data processing:

• by applying personally to our employee on the territory of the Russian Federation with a corresponding application in a written form;
• by sending an appropriate application by post : RB Agency
• by sending a scanned copy of the signed application via e-mail.

In most cases, the withdrawal of your consent to the processing of personal data will result in the cessation of services provided by the Marriage Agency.

Data Storage

The RB Agency guarantees that the data received from you are stored in a secure environment. This means that your data are protected from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification or destruction by a third party. This is provided by the availability of appropriate technical administrative and practical protection measures. The initial place of collection and storage of your personal data is the territory of the Russian Federation. Subsequently, your data can be transferred to the territory of a foreign state in the cases and in the manner provided by the laws of the Russian Federation (cross-border transfer).

RB Agency does not control and is not responsible for the use by the subjects of personal data, third party websites, which the subject uses at their own discretion, at their own risk, including if they used the links placed on the Agency`s resource for the transition.

Updating Records

If you find your personal data are inaccurate or you need to update them (for example, you have changed your name, address, etc.), contact us so that we can change them. RB Agency will be obliged to make necessary changes to your data in the period established by the laws of the Russian Federation.

You can send the requirement to amend your personal data to the RB Agency in one of the following ways:

• personally applying to our employee on the territory of the Russian Federation with the provision of relevant information on significant changes;
• by sending an appropriate letter containing information about the change of your personal data via mail address;
• by sending an e-mail.

Access to the Information

If you want to know what personal data are processed by RB Agency, we will provide you with this information in the period established by the laws of the Russian Federation.

In order to receive such information, you can contact the RB Agency in one of the following ways, provided that you comply with the requirements of Part 3 of Art. 14 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data":

• by personally applying to the Marriage Agency in the territory of the Russian Federation with the appropriate application, provided that the main document proving your identity is presented;
• by sending an appropriate application with an attachment of a properly authenticated copy of the main document certifying your identity, via mail to the address of the RB Agency;
• by sending the relevant application in the form of an electronic document signed by an electronic signature in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, with the attachment of a copy of the main document certifying your identity to the e-mail address indicated on our website.
