Consent to the processing of personal data
The agency Russian Beauty (hereinafter, “RB”) properly processes the personal data of it’s clients and takes all the necessary measures to protect their confidential data. By submitting the questionnaire form for placement on the RB website, the client as the owner of personal data, agrees to their use by personal data operator, RB Agency and third parties, acting on behalf of the RB and acting with the consent of the client as specified in the Questionnaire form, and under the terms of item 6.2 of the Regulations ( see attached) on the processing and protection of personal data for the purpose, specified in item. 4.1 of the Regulations.
If in either the written or electronic form of the Questionnaire the client does not indicate to the contrary, the client agrees to receive advertising and other information materials of RB and carefully selected third parties at the discretion of the RB Agency and conducting surveys on the activities, goods and services of RB and third parties at the discretion of RB. Consent to the processing of personal data is provided by the client for the entire term of participation and placement of the questionnaire form the RB Website.
Upon receipt of a written request of a client ,directed to the postal address of RB and / or handed over to the administration of RB on the territory of the Russian Federation or otherwise, as set out the Regulations on the processing and protection of personal data, RB undertakes ( in terms, stipulated by the Russian Federation) to remove clients details from RB website.
In this case, the client simultaneously loses all potential benefits derived from the RB website.
